StyleLoop ("we", "us") runs trystyleloop.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and the private beta, and how we handle it.

1. What we collect

Beta requests. When you request early access, your mail app sends us an email containing your email address and anything you choose to write (for example, what you write).
Emails you send us at hello@trystyleloop.com, including your address and the content of the message.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit to keep the site secure and running.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The site stores your language choice (English or Korean) in your own browser only.

2. Why we use it

To reply to you and invite you to the private beta.
To send occasional updates about StyleLoop, which you can stop at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
To keep the website secure and working.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: Cloudflare (domain and email routing), Google (email inbox), and GitHub (website hosting). They process data only as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Beta content

If you join the private beta, drafts and edits you choose to provide are used to build your personal style adapter and are processed with Anthropic's Claude API. We will explain beta-specific data handling in the beta invitation before you upload anything.

5. Retention

We keep beta requests and correspondence until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@trystyleloop.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

StyleLoop is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

StyleLoop(이하 "회사")는 trystyleloop.com을 운영합니다. 이 방침은 웹사이트와 비공개 베타에서 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

베타 신청: 얼리 액세스를 신청하면 이용자의 메일 앱을 통해 이메일 주소와 직접 적은 내용(예: 쓰는 글의 종류)이 담긴 메일이 회사로 전송됩니다.
문의 메일: hello@trystyleloop.com으로 보낸 메일의 주소와 내용.
접속 기록: 호스팅 업체가 사이트 보안과 운영을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 종류, 접속 시각 같은 기본 기록을 남길 수 있습니다.

광고 추적이나 분석용 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다. 언어 선택(영어/한국어)만 이용자 브라우저 안에 저장됩니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개인정보를 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다. 운영을 위해 Cloudflare(도메인·메일 전달), Google(메일함), GitHub(웹사이트 호스팅)를 이용하며, 이들은 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리합니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

4. 베타 이용 시 콘텐츠

비공개 베타에 참여해 제공한 초고와 교정은 이용자 개인의 문체 어댑터를 만드는 데 쓰이며, Anthropic의 Claude API로 처리됩니다. 업로드 전에 베타 초대 안내에서 처리 방식을 따로 알려 드립니다.

5. 보유 기간

베타 신청과 문의 메일은 베타 종료 시 또는 삭제 요청 시 중 먼저 오는 때까지 보관합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

언제든 hello@trystyleloop.com으로 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있으며, 30일 안에 답변합니다.

7. 아동

StyleLoop는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 알면서 그 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 변경

이 방침은 바뀔 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
